Emerging during the late 80s and early 90s, Bel Air Crest came into existence as a remarkable neighborhood comprising around 200 luxurious homes. In 2016, it was sold to Ted Foxman, a retired semiconductor executive-turned-real estate developer, for a whopping $10 million. Recognizing the potential of the property, Foxman spared no expense in restoring it to its former glory.
